Decision Workbench Beta · 01
Build your
decision file.
Bring a decision into focus. Connect the evidence, test the numbers, and leave with a draft you can build on.
Works in this browser tab. Your entries are not sent to Capital Control. Save a case file to keep your work.
This will replace the file in this tab. Save your current case first if you want to keep it.
Start with the question
What are you preparing for?
The decision determines the evidence and schedules. You can begin with gaps.
Make the foundation visible
What supports the file?
Record a document name and exact page, cell or record location. Original documents stay in your own workspace. These are your evidence labels; Capital Control has not inspected the records.
Show the workings
Connect the numbers.
Use whole currency units. Blank means unknown; enter 0 deliberately. Every input has a source or an assumption note.
Cash and commitments
A downside to test
Debt and repayment dates
Enter the total monthly payment and an additional maturity balloon separately. This is a payment schedule, not an amortization model. Confirm principal, interest, fees and timing against the actual terms.
Legacy to new activity
Compare monthly contribution before shared overhead. This is separate from the cash schedule: revenue, contribution and collected cash are different measures.
Calculation methods and limits
Make the next step concrete
Review, then move the work.
Resolve the gaps that matter, name the right reviewer, and record who does what next. An action status is a user record, not authority granted by the tool.

Preparation and follow-through
Take the work with you
A draft you can build on.
Export your source map, assumptions, schedules, gaps and next steps. Review the content before choosing where to share it.
The draft is an editable Markdown text file. “Save case file” downloads JSON to reopen here or use with an AI assistant. No file is automatically sent or shared.
AI handoff and file format
Attach the saved case only to a service you choose and are authorized to use. The prompt asks your assistant to preserve sources and unknowns; it cannot grant permission to access or send data.
