Educational use & disclosures
The public library is built to help you understand methods, inspect assumptions, and organize your own analysis. Read the results in that context.
Information, not advice
Capital Control’s public website, models, templates, research, examples, AI project folders, and calculator outputs are provided for educational and informational purposes. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, professional valuation opinions, or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset. They are not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or asset.
What model values and scenarios mean
Calculations depend on selected sources, assumptions, dates, and simplifications. Demonstration inputs and forecasts may be hypothetical. A model-implied value is a conditional calculation, not a price target, promised return, or prediction of what a business or security will be worth. Actual outcomes may differ materially.
Calculator thresholds, status labels, and scenario observations describe the rules and inputs used in the example. They do not establish that a transaction is suitable, safe, approved, or financially advisable. A displayed result, completed checklist, or AI response does not verify the underlying evidence or authorize a commitment.
Your circumstances and independent review
Public materials do not evaluate your complete financial position, objectives, risk tolerance, legal or tax situation, or other personal circumstances. Entering your own figures into a public template or calculator changes the calculation; it does not turn the output into personalized advice.
Check source dates, assumptions, formulas, omissions, and scenario sensitivity. AI can introduce errors. Consult the appropriately qualified professionals for advice on your circumstances and consequential decisions. Links to independent publishers are reference links, not endorsements of their conclusions or a review of every model.
Public content and paid engagements
Reading, copying, downloading, or using public materials does not create an advisor-client relationship. Submitting the free assessment starts a fit review and does not establish a paid engagement.
Capital Control’s Decision Readiness Review and Decision Packet are separately scoped financial preparation and decision-support work. The agreed engagement defines the deliverable, required inputs, review responsibilities, and fee. Public resources do not expand that scope or replace your CPA, bookkeeper, lender, broker, attorney, CFO, or investment advisor. You retain authority over commitments and decisions.
