Financial source map
Keep the evidence behind a model organized: what each record supports, where it lives, and what still needs to be collected.
What’s inside
- A single-tab source map with generic Sample Co. demonstration entries.
- A structure for tracking financial evidence and missing records.
- A public read-only original that you can copy to your own Drive.
Bring your own inputs
A list of the reports, filings, statements, contracts and schedules relevant to your model. Record the dates and locations of the evidence, along with any gaps.
How to use it
- View the public sheet to see the structure.
- Choose Make a copy and sign in to your own Google account if prompted.
- Rename your copy for the company or decision and replace the sample entries.
- Keep the map up to date as you collect evidence and revise the model.
Review before relying on the result
The reviewed sheet is a non-calculating evidence tracker. Its example entries do not establish evidence for your project. Confirm that each listed source exists and supports the specific claim or input you use.
